A decent stay overall
heated pool early check-in missed cleaning no compensation
The heated pool was amazing, and I used it regularly. The sauna was nice after a long day, it added to the relaxation. The staff was very helpful and even arranged an early check-in for me, I appreciated that.
My room was not cleaned one day. I asked the receptionists to ensure that the room would be cleaned, but this request was not fulfilled. The lack of compensation for this oversight was disappointing.

mixed feelings
small room missing amenities
the location was fine, close to some places i wanted to see.
the room felt small. there wasn't much space for luggage. the bathroom lacked some expected amenities, like a proper hair dryer.

friendly staff steam rooms excellent suite basic breakfast coffee machine dull atmosphere
The staff was super friendly and helpful! i really enjoyed the pool and steam rooms. our room, the junior suite, was excellent. It was very nice.
The breakfast could be better. I missed a proper coffee machine. the croissants were gone early in the morning on two occasions. i also wished there was a bar to sit at in the evening, it felt a little dull.
