Diverse breakfast with local and gourmet selections

“While the location in the Latin Quarter is prime, near many restaurants and metro stops, some aspects of the stay seem inconsistent with expectations. The design of some rooms, particularly the bathrooms, may need improvements regarding convenience, and cleanliness could be more thoroughly addressed; however, the presence of amenities like a pool and spa, alongside dedicated family offerings, suggests a broader appeal if the property focuses on refining the finer details.”

A decent stay overall

heated pool early check-in missed cleaning no compensation

The heated pool was amazing, and I used it regularly. The sauna was nice after a long day, it added to the relaxation. The staff was very helpful and even arranged an early check-in for me, I appreciated that.

My room was not cleaned one day. I asked the receptionists to ensure that the room would be cleaned, but this request was not fulfilled. The lack of compensation for this oversight was disappointing.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! i really enjoyed the pool and steam rooms. our room, the junior suite, was excellent. It was very nice.

The breakfast could be better. I missed a proper coffee machine. the croissants were gone early in the morning on two occasions. i also wished there was a bar to sit at in the evening, it felt a little dull.
